For best results, take 2 pills 2 times daily—morning and night with food and water. Our medical Co-Founder recommends slowly ramping up to the full dose starting with one pill a day and increasing the dosage over a two to four week period to avoid any mild headaches or other side effects.

I'm not exactly sure if Hormonal Balance Support or Conception pack helped regulate my period. Me and my husband started TTC but missed my period in February, but I got a negative test. I went to my OB and recommended the Conception Pack, but I also want to regulate my hormones just in case. Started Conception Pack and Hormonal Balance in March. My period came back just how I anticipated it.
I would definitely recommend this product. I have been getting positive results by taking it for just one month.

I've been on the pill for 12 years, and about a year ago my period just stopped coming. My OBGYN told me this was normal and that it could happen while on the pill for some people. The only solution I was given to see if my period would come back was to get off the pill which I didn't want to do. I found this back in December and decided it wouldn't hurt to try. I take 2 pills a day (you can go up to 4 based on the instructions). It's March now and I've had my period twice since taking this! My period only came once in the 12 months prior. This has given me such peace of mind!

After coming off birth control over a year ago my periods have been all over the place. When we were ready to start trying, I was recommended to start with the Conception Support pack and tracking my cycles with LH strips, and realized I was not ovulating on time. I started incorporating this supplement slowly as it’s recommended, and was only taking half the dose at the time when I finally ovulated on CD43! Didn’t even get to finish the bottle because I just found out I AM PREGNANT! I still can’t believe it, the combination of the supplements definitely helped me to finally ovulate. I couldn’t recommend this product enough. Not to mention, an amazing customer support team to answer my questions! Thank you Perelel!
