Arden Cartrette

Arden Cartrette is a Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula and Certified Trauma Support Specialist, and the founder of The Miscarriage Doula, an online service that has supported over 2,000 people through pregnancy loss. She hosts the podcast Miscarriage Stories with Arden Cartrette and her debut book, Moving On (Not Moving Forward): A Realistic Guide to Navigating Pregnancy Loss, is forthcoming in 2026. Arden came to this work through her own experience with recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility, and she built the resource she wished had existed.
