Hi my name is Adelaide! I’m 29 and have been on the difficult journey of trying to get pregnant after a miscarriage in 2020. Within the past 3 years I’ve seen countless doctors trying to get to the root of our infertility. I’ve discovered I have endometriosis (have had 2 laparoscopic surgeries), adenomyosis, endometritis a few times, HHV-6 and endobacteria in my uterus and LUFS. I like a good mix of both eastern and western medicine and really love a more natural approach to healing my body.

I hope that by sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly, we can start much-needed conversations, spread awareness, change the narrative, & make care more accessible to all!

Hi, I'm Taylor! I'm a registered dietitian focused on balanced, approachable nutrition for women. Instead of another yo-yo diet that wrecks havoc on your hormones, my goal is for the wellness arena to stop treating women like tiny men and understand that our hormones are an intricate part of our everyday lives, nutrition, and fitness needs. I love helping women work to understand the root cause, feel educated, and empowered.
My specialty is helping women get back to balance. Healing their hormones, periods, digestion, sleep, self-worth and so much more so that they can become the fullest expression of themselves. Freeing them from constraints such as stress, debilitating symptoms and exhaustion through diet and lifestyle changes, somatic healing, breathwork, trauma work and other powerful healing modalities.
